Hosted by B4MD, the MDG Innovation Series will showcase the world's leading multinational companies that are
using their business to create massive positive social change for poverty stricken communities around the world.
Designed to demonstrate how progressive companies are undertaking business for the 21st century,
participants will have the opportunity to discuss business case studies and ideas that can affect global
change and make a lasting difference.
Facilitated by the De Bono Institute and taking place at CEDA, the Innovation Series will draw upon world’s best
practice case studies from multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, Thomson Reuters and Vodafone under
the United Nations Business Call to Action initiative.
Where The Power of Small campaign provided attendees with an opportunity to hear first hand from a world
leader and Nobel Peace Laureate, the Innovation Series will be a forum of open ideas where business leaders
can actively discuss, analyse and assess existing and potential core business initiatives that contribute to the
Millennium Development Goals
If you were motivated by The Power of Small events and would like to further explore the idea of business
delivering strong social outcomes to benefit the worlds’ poor you will not want to miss out on the MDG
Innovation Series.
Places are strictly limited for the first of the MDG Innovation Series workshops so be sure to register early.
Background Information
The MDG Innovation Series will provide attendees with a forum to discuss the Millennium Development Goals in

the MDGs and the United Nations Business Call to Action.

markets of the Asia Pacific region and the developing world.
